Capture Footage on a Mac

Does anyone know how to capture desktop footage on a Mac with sound?  Quicktime X lets me get the video, but no sound.

I can make webbing that’s as strong as piano wire but I can’t figure this shit out.  Sigh

Can someone help their friendly neighborhood Spider-man?
